This is an unboxing and first impressions video of the Dell Studio Hybrid, a desktop PC running Windows Vista Home Premium SP1. Configured with an Intel Core 2 Duo T2390 (1.86 Ghz) CPU, 3 GB of DDR2 RAM, a 250 GB 5400 RPM hard drive, an 8x slot-loading DVD burner, and an Intel X3100 GPU. The colour is “Ruby”, and cost me $744 Canadian with taxes direct from Dell.

Well, I’m sort of the same boat. I’d first look at the type of games your interested in and their requirements. The lag might be due to your CPU aka processor. If your still want a laptop, I’d fine the one with the fastest processor out there. In that laptops are limited on their hardware upgrades.

Sager PC (Xotic PC) is what Falcon Northwest rebrands as their own after tacking on and extra grand or so. Mine is a blue-ray, 6GB, HD LCD screen with RAID 0 drive setup and 2GB of video ram (SLI) for $3500. Same one from Falcon (exact specs) was 5K
