good video but you don’t need a anti static band. just touch the metal part of the case to discharge yourself, and unplug the system from the outlet. *note* on some ram slots you can’t gently push you must push with a lot of force. some ram sockets are very tight. *also regarding the comment about touching the pins…….its ok to touch them as long as your hands are very clean and dry! (oily and sweaty (salty) hands will cause a short)

you need DDR 2700 Ram, it is pretty easy to find. At frys they are selling one gig just for 19.99, which is an awesome deal that i would rlly reccomend. usually at that price, you can only get 256MB of ram

I installed mines …
I installed mines today and then about an hour later I got a blue screen stop error message. I have four slots two on each side. When I opened it one was on each side. I didn’t move it. But after the error I did. Should the memory match up? Did I need to move both of the old ones in the two on the left and put the two new ones in the two on the right? Does it matter if they match up like that? Or did I simply not do another step? (I surely didn’t have a static bracelet).
