Is there one big problem or a bunch of little problems?
Why is it that America has yet to accept evolution and the scientifically accepted age of the Earth (4.6 billion years) while the rest of the world has? Why is it that America still uses the obsolete Imperial System instead of the Metric System, like the rest of the world? Why is our public transportation so terrible compared to the rest of the first world countries?
One big problem? A bunch of little problems? A bunch of big problems? What are the problem(s)?

Ignorance, bigotry, hypocrisy all in the name of religion. Those are some of the many problems with modern-day America.

What is the problem associated with using an array to implement a queue? Are there any techniques for managing this problem? What is it’s disadvantages? Why is this not a problem for implementing a stack?

Queues are expandable and dynamically allocate their storage. They get bigger and smaller with the data that is stored in them. An array can’t expand or shrink without being redefined and all data copied over into the new array.

A stack has a fixed size declared first, that size becomes its capacity. Data can be added and removed from it but the overall size of the stack stays the same, even if only one element is inside it, the stack takes up the same space as it would is it contained all elements it can fit.

A stack can use an Array for implementation because an array acts in the same way, it allocates enough space for all elements and stays the same size regardless of how much goes in and out.

To use an analogy:

A Queue is like a water balloon, it starts small and you increase its size the more water you put into it. You can take the water out again and it will shrink again.

A Stack and an Array are like a bucket. The bucket has one fixed size, the bucket will stay the same size no matter how much water you fill it with, but you can only fill it with so much. If you need a bigger array, you need to get a bigger bucket and pour all the water from the smaller bucket into the new bigger bucket.

Those light constructions are found among others in the Duro Bridge in Porto (Eiffel constructed it), the tail of the early "Bell" Helicopters (copies), rowing boats (those for competition) and the inner side of the statue of Liberty (Eiffel’s construction).
Historically the roots of light construction are timber framed houses.

Ok, we have a wireless router, and it works, but when 3 laptops are using the internet, and someone is playing internet games on the ps3, the ps3 internet gets major lag.. Like when playing MW3, and when people are on the laptops, the game nearly becomes unplayable from the major lag. Sooooo.. What type of wireless router would be best to handle this type of usage.

The router isn’t your problem period. You need better internet service. End of story.
EDIT: You can also listen to some boob who tells you to buy a wireless "N" router when you have wireless "G" devices and waste your money because the wireless will default to wireless "G" lol.

Factory resetting refurbished pc? no windows installation disc?

Need to reset pc due to all manner of cr@p. Last restore date it will allow is 4 days ago which isnt long enough. I don’t have an installation disc as the pc was bought from a (decent) refurbished pc website. How can I restore it back a long long way? Many thanks in advance

There should be a sticker with your windows key on your tower’s case if you do then you most likely have an image of windows on your hard drive most company’s do this… Look for the set up doing post,

It would have something like repair or restore to factory settings…

So, I really want to be able to buy things online, but my parents won’t let me because our computer doesn’t have any security and they don’t want to be entering their credit card. Also, we can’t download any since our computer is stupid. Anyway, I guess I’m just looking for the cheapest laptop/ computer that I can do that on. It doesn’t need to be anything special, just cheap.

How good is manufacturer refurbished in terms of PC’s?

I am buying a PC which is very good value. It’s really cheap compared to others because it’s manufacturer refurbished. The guy selling it is certified by Dell and a ‘Gold member of Microsoft’. And they say it’s in perfect condition.

So what exactly is manufacturer refurbished?

Its been repairs/fixed/updated by the factory that made it….usually your better off with a "factory" refurbish machine as they have all the parts and equipment a local shop doesn’t have.
