I sold a junk laptop on ebay. I listed it as laptop for parts repair and sold as is (on title).?

Buyer paid $85 now wants money back and is threatening a paypal claim. This item was missing many parts and I listed it as such.
In addition to the sold for parts/repair on listing on the title I put no returns accepted in description. Also in the his email he implies that he has opened up laptop ! Does he have a case ?
No he does not. I would contact E-Bay and PayPal first, before he does. I would think that having the ad and his complaint to you documented that he has no basis for his claim. Taking the initiative and cutting him off so to speak would be how I would proceed.
Oh, and of course leave him negative feedback…

No because you clearly stated that it was for parts/repair and that you were not going to accept a return or refund.. but you would of been better putting that in the description
