I can’t switch over …
I can’t switch over to Intel. Right now is probably the best time to own AMD products. It just makes sense to buy products that are owned by the same company. Great quality, and compatibility like no other. Drivers aren’t great, but when they work well, it’s amazing.

I was thinking of upgrading to the 5800 series, but the 4890s I have are friggin fast. I also read online that AMD may have a new line-up of video cards coming later this year.

I didn’t even think …
I didn’t even think about an SSD. I will look into maybe getting one and use the Velociraptor as storage. I wanted to get two Velocirapters and put them into RAID0. That way I have 600GB and speedy performance.

Looks like a great addition to an already great setup. I’m glad to see that your keeping your vision setup instead of switching over to Intel. i don’t think that there is any better combination than two ATi Radeon cards and a Phenom II x4 processor.
