I started my pc and nothing shows on the monitor. All the power cables are connected and the pc-to-monitor cable is also connected. What is the problem ?

Did this start happening out of the blue? Or is this a new build?

Unplug it.
Press the power button.
Open the side of the case.
Unplug the power to ALL drive Types.
Remove all but 1 stick of ram.
Reset the CMOS using the JUMPER for 1 minute.
Plug back in.
Press power.

If it does not start and show info on the screen, move the ram 1 slot, and repeat. Do this through all slots and each stick.

If there is a digital display inside, it has a code.

If you have another videocard, try using it in this computer.

If you have two monitor connections on your pc (analogue and digital) it could be that you have connected to the wrong one. Alternatively try switching between analogue and digital on your monitor. Other than that I would try borrowing a monitor and using your cable to rule out a problem with the cable. Most monitors are plug and play unless you have a really old operating system
