   yes, since the drive is refurbed on the pc, i would suggest buying that external drive. make sure the pc has usb 2.0 ports.

   Yes, this day the cost of external usb hard drive is about the same as internet, except i hate is the big adapter that those usb hard drive comes with it. Make your your usb hard drive is decent speed, prefer 16mb buff and 7,2000 rpm.
