		<description>The CPU is not soldered on. That hasn&#039;t happened for years (10+).
You can upgrade the processor, but it needs to be a low wattage (45 - 65w) processor. It only has a 250w power supply, so don&#039;t expect much to be upgraded without upgrading the power supply first.
