<p>You can install everything with the default gnome theme manager.</p>
<p>There are a lot of users posting &#8220;this is ubuntu&#8221; &#8211; it&#8217;s not! The menu icon was part of the default ubuntu icon set I installed before (the new &#8220;glassy&#8221; icon set does not replace the menu button).</p>
